Exchange within 14 days of delivery for non-defective items, 30 days for defective items.
Products must be unused with original packaging and all tags attached. Items showing signs of use are not eligible for exchange.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Free replacement will be processed within 2-5 business days inside Cairo, 4-7 outside Cairo.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product and verifying its condition. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
