Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from payment confirmation. During peak seasons and promotions, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Delivery takes 2-5 business days within Egypt depending on the area: Cairo & Giza (2-3 days), other major cities (3-4 days), remote areas (4-5 days).
Free shipping on orders over 3000 EGP. For orders below 3000 EGP, a flat shipping fee applies based on the delivery area.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment status.
We deliver to all Egyptian governorates through trusted shipping carriers. If your address is not serviceable, we will contact you to arrange the best delivery method.
